Ahh, yes, I think that’s the key. And it’s our ability to plan, to do a lot of the work up-front, to think it through, explore pitfalls, determine the most cost-effective way forward, maintain constant client communication and execute every single little detail from concept to launch. With my backgrounds in product and project management, this concept is a no-brainer, but it is an often forgotten skill in the flashy world of design and development.
